1 Mar 2012 - Passport Photo rejected

We received a notice from ICA today that Jerlene's passport application was rejected because the photo that we submitted does not meet the criteria. Reason being Jerlene's hair had covered her eyebrow in the photo. We need to re-submit the photo and ICA will take another one week to process. As we will be travelling to Malaysia in a week's time, we desperately need to settle it fast. So without delay, once we got back home, I quickly clipped up Jerlene's hair and took another photo of her. This time, I really make sure it meets all the required criteria.
