6 May 2012 - The Supermoon

According to wikipedia, a supermoon is the coincidence of a full moon or a new moon with the closest approach the Moon makes to the Earth on its elliptical orbit, resulting in the largest apparent size of the moon's disk as seen from Earth. Today is the occurrence of Supermoon for the year 2012. Fortunately it's not too cloudy tonight and I managed to capture a few shots of the moon.
