15 Dec 2015 - Tasmania Day 2: Our cottage at Silver Ridge Retreat

It's slightly less than an hour's drive from Marakoopa cave to our accommodation at Silver Ridge Retreat.  We had booked a two bedroom cottage and will be staying here for three nights.  Below is our cottage with Mount Roland in the background.

This is the living room with an open kitchen.

There is a fireplace in the cottage and we will be using it later.

In one of the bedroom, there are 3 single beds.

The other room (below) has a double bed.

Mount Roland stood right in front of me when I lied down on my bed.  The feeling was indescribable.

And finally below is the toilet and shower.

Instead of exploring Silver Ridge vicinity first, we decided to explore a nearby town (15 mins drive), Sheffield, before every shop there starts to close for the day.
