5 Jun 2017 - Iceland Day 11: Private Apartment Keflavík
Tonight was our last night in Iceland. We stayed at Private Apartment Keflavik, which is just 4km away from the International Airport. This is the main reason why we chose this accommodation as we had a very early flight to Copenhagen tomorrow.
It took us a while to locate the apartment. As I was trying to peek into the apartment, I got a shock when an image suddenly appeared right in front of me.
Haha....it was actually the owner's cat.
This apartment comes with 2 double beds, a small kitchenette and dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The flat-screen TV comes with Netflix movies.
After a short rest in the apartment, we drove to a nearby Bonus supermarket to top up some snacks to bring back home. We had our dinner at Subway restaurant next door.
Our last destination of this Iceland trip was the famous Blue Lagoon. As we were driving out of Keflavik towards Blue Lagoon, we saw a huge sword at the center of the road circle.
