Jerlene really sleeps a lot nowadays. Her night sleep is getting longer and longer........and last night, she set a record of 11 hours (8pm to 7am) of sleep. It's definitely a good thing for both Tracy and myself but we are now worried that she does not have sufficient feed. Normally baby at this age requires 6-8 feed per day. However, because Jerlene has been sleeping through the night, she only drink milk during the day and at most drink 5-6 feed per day. Somemore she doesn't like milk recently. It has been quite difficult to feed her as she will struggle and struggle when we try to feed her. She need people to sing song to her and at the same time praise her clever girl then she will start drinking. I have been changing lyrics to a number of nursery rhymes to praise Jerlene. One example is I've changed the lyrics of "Mary had a Little Lamb" to
"Jerlene is a clever girl, clever girl, clever girl"
"Jerlene is a clever girl, Jerlene is a clever girl"
