Chingay Float Procession came to heartland tonight. We went down by the roadside to wait for the Floats to arrive at about 7:30pm. However, it did not come until about 8:30pm. While waiting, it started to rain so we had to find shelter at the bus stop. Worse still, when the Floats finally arrived, it just zoomed past us and we couldn't even see it clearly. Aren't Floats supposed to be slow moving? Or were they rushing for time? Sigh.....this event could be better organized.
