Jerlene can really be on the phone for hours. She will go on and on talking into the phone and nobody has a faint idea what she is talking about. And it's really like real because she does not keep talking. Sometimes she will pause as if she is listening to the person on other end of the phone. One improvement recently is that she will say bye bye before putting down the phone.
