27 May 2016 - Hong Kong Day 2: Victoria Peak

From Central MTR station, we followed the sign and walked to the Peak Tram station.  In one of our previous Hong Kong trip, we had a failed attempt to reach The Peak because the queue at the tram station was "horrible".  This time round, we were there earlier and the queue was considered acceptable.

Yes.....we finally managed to reach Victoria Peak!
Taking a photo with Bruce Lee (李小龙) outside Madame Tussauds Wax Museum.
This is the famous Peak Tower.  Within it, there were lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment venues set against the beautiful backdrop of the city.
This stationary old tram is actually a visitor centre.
We went around the peak and had a wonderful view around.
The Peak Galleria is another shopping mall with shops and dining restaurants.
We intentionally came up the Peak around evening time so that we can have both day and night view from the Peak.
There's also a Trick Eye Museum at the Peak but since we have already been to the one in Seoul, we decided to give it a miss.  Anyway by that time we were there, it's already pretty late.
At one point, the Peak turned very cloudy and windy.  Jerlene and Javier were very excited to be walking within the clouds!
We returned to our hotel immediately after we descended from The Peak.  Finally we had our dinner at Tsui Wah (翠华) restaurant along Carnarvon Road, which is just 5mins walk from our hotel.
