After lunch, we walked back to the Water Park where we spent the rest of the day. Unfortunately, it started raining once we changed into our swimming attire. As we observed around, we realized that the staff did not stop people from going into the pool. Since we were going to be wet anyway, we decided to go into the wave pool in the rain.
The rain turned into drizzle after a while. We then went on to try out other activities in the Water Park. Jerlene and Javier did not dare to try out the obstacle course at Adventure Park earlier, they could not stop trying the one at the Water Park. Jerlene even tried the tallest water slide in the park! Well done!
Whenever we were at any water theme park, one of our favourite is the lazy river. However, the lazy river here is not really "lazy" because we got to paddle our canoe along the river. Just like the Adventure Park, every now and then there were competition at various pools. We watched one where participants got to perform platform diving.
We had a fun day at ESCAPE Theme Park. We decided to go for dinner at a restaurant nearby. As we left the park, we were approached by a staff saying it's very difficult to get a Grab car here. He then led us to a driver nearby. When we asked how much he will charge, his asking price was ridiculous and put us off. It's at least 3-4 times more expensive than a normal Grab ride. So we rejected the offer and continue to try out getting a Grab. I guessed we were quite fortunate and within a minute, we managed to get one. While we were waiting for the Grab car to arrive, that driver continue to pester and try to convince us that no Grab driver will come. When he saw one came to us, he then drove off and wait for other "targets".
