19 Mar 2020 - Lunch at Slappy Cakes @ RWS

Jerlene recommended to have lunch at Slappy Cakes at Resort World Sentosa.  She had tried it once with her friends and loved it.  Since it's about making your own pancakes, Javier was very interested as well.  Every table in Slappy Cakes has a big hot pan in the middle for us to make our own pancakes.  Other than making our own pancakes, we ordered a main dish each too.

Below was our very first self-made pancake.  Not bad right?  :-)

In addition to the buttermilk batter, we ordered a Chicken Ham topping and a White Chocolate Chips topping.

While waiting for our main dish to be served, we continued to make a few more pancakes as our appetizers.

Here comes our main dish.  Jerlene and Javier ordered a Carbonara each and I ordered a Mushroom Aglio Olio.

Here in Slappy Cakes, everyone tries to be creative and so do we.  We started making pancakes of different sizes and shapes.

It was really fun.

Jerlene made a Roblox character while Javier made a Minecraft one.

For me, I made a Jellyfish.  :-)

We used up all the remaining batter creating all sorts of stuffs.  This was one of our most fun lunch ever.
