19 Mar 2020 - RWS Adventure Cove Waterpark Closure

There is currently an online promotion for Adventure Cove Waterpark during this one week school holiday.  The one-day ticket now costs $26 which includes the park admission, free parking voucher (worth $28) and $10 meal voucher.  We reached Resort World Sentosa at about 10:30am this morning.  Once we took the escalator up from the car park, we saw a queue at the Universal Studio's entrance.  As compared to the past, the queue is considered short due to the current COVID-19 situation.

We then walked towards Adventure Cove Waterpark but halted when we saw the sign below.  The park is currently closed for maintenance.  One of the staff then led us to a guest services counter to explain the situation and offer us some alternatives.  As we had bought the tickets before they announced the park closure, they offered to extend our tickets (which includes the free parking and meal vouchers) till 31 Aug 2020.  In addition, since we had already made the trip down to Resort World Sentosa, they offered us free admission to S.E.A. Aquarium, free parking and meal voucher for today.  Not bad a deal, at least our trip to RWS was not wasted.

We then returned to our car and put down all our "barang barang" before heading to S.E.A. Aquarium.
