20 Oct 2024 - Borealis (Northern Lights Simulation at Gardens by the Bay)

Immediately after the Gardens Rhapsody Light Show, there was another special light and sound installation at the Supertree Grove called "Borealis - A Celestial Symphony at Gardens by the Bay".  If you want to see the northern light (Aurora Borealis) without having the need to travel abroad, this is as close as it can get.

Unlike traditional light shows, Borealis is a dynamic and ever-changing experience.  Influenced by real-time weather conditions such as wind, humidity, and temperature, the light display adapts and evolves, creating a unique spectacle every night.

The visual spectacle is complemented by an atmospheric soundtrack composed by French composer Guillaume Desbois. The music enhances the immersive experience, transporting visitors to a world of wonder and tranquility.

After the Borealis show, we walked back to our car via the Kingfisher Wetlands.  The night view of the park was mesmerizing, especially with the fountain and Supertrees at the background.
