When we arrived at the Supertree Grove where OCBC Skyway is located, there was a queue of visitors waiting to take the elevator up to the skywalk.
This is our first time going up to the OCBC Skyway. Suspended between two Supertrees at 22 metres above ground, this 128m-long aerial walkway offers marvelous opportunities to capture a postcard-worthy shot of the Gardens’ lush surroundings. We were glad that we managed to witness the beautiful evening hues as the sun slowly set behind those skyscrapers in the CBD.
From the Skyway, we could see a cruise ship docked at the nearby Marina Bay Cruise Centre.
As the sun begins to set, the walkway transforms into a magical realm, illuminated by the warm glow of the city skyline.
The elevated vantage point provides breathtaking views of the Marina Bay skyline, including iconic landmarks such as the Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer.
As we read that the Garden Rhapsody light show is even more enjoyable from a higher altitude, we decided to stay on the Skyway a little longer to watch the light show which was about to start.
Minutes before the start of Garden Rhapsody Light Show, the entire Supertree Grove was crowded with people.
At 7:45pm sharp, the Garden Rhapsody Light Show started. We were dazzled by the magnificent sight of the Supertrees with vibrant colors and mesmerizing music.
