12 Dec 2016 - St Mary's Cathedral Amazing Light Show

We were back at Sydney CBD (Town Hall) from Birkenhead at about 6:30pm.  We walked to Pitts Street which was nicely decorated for Christmas.  This is where Sydney Tower Eye is located.

We found two little Wong Fei-Hung (黄飞鸿) in Sydney!  :-)

As it's dinner time, we decided to find an eating place nearby.  In Westfield Sydney building, we saw a food outlet called Fratelli Famous Pizzeria, selling "Create your own pizza".  Below is the pizza that we created.  It's actually one of a better pizza that we have tasted so far.

This morning when we were at St Mary's Cathedral, we saw a notice saying there is currently a nightly light show till Christmas.  As such after dinner, we decided to head back to St Mary's Cathedral and take a look.

We were glad that we went for the light show as it was simply amazing.  It's not just some spotlight or laser light shining around.  Colourful images and animation were projected onto the Cathedral's exterior and combined with music and narration.  Highly recommended for people who travelled to Sydney around Christmas.
