As it's a bit early for lunch, we walked over to Nagoya station and explored its vicinity. We had booked two daytrips in the upcoming few days and decided to locate the respective meeting places.
Below is the meeting place for one of the day trips. We recognized it based on the clock outside of JR office.
Prior to the trip, Jerlene had requested us to look for a specific figurine. As such, we walked across the road and visited the Animate Nagoya store. The place was crowded with teenagers. We showed a picture of the figurine to a staff and she said it's not sold in this store.
We then walked across a road junction, which reminded us of the famous "
Shibuya Crossing", albeit a mini version.
As we would be having our meals around this area in the coming few days, we decided to go to Osu shopping street area for our lunch.
