I did not plan anything specific on this last day in Perth prior to this trip. We decided to visit Caversham Wildlife Park only last night. It is located inside Whiteman Park. There were road works and road closures surrounding Whiteman Park, due to construction of the Metronet railway line. As such, we had to do quite a bit of detour to arrive at a car park in Whiteman Park. The last time we visited Caversham Wildlife Park was slightly more than 10 years ago. Click this link to see how young Jerlene and Javier were at that time. :-)
It always feels great to come up close with all these beautiful creatures. We had some fun time "making" this Kookaburra laugh non-stop. Haha......
More colorful birds awaiting us.....
We then went to the interactive experience "Meet the Wombat and Friends" held in Australiana Homestead Arena. We had a photo taken with the Wombat, and we did the same 10+ years ago. The background picture is still the same. :-)

Next to the homestead arena, there is a Reptile House, with around 50 species and more than 150 individuals.
Molly’s Farm is an interactive farmyard, suitable for children of all ages, including myself! :-)
We went for our lunch break at about noon before continuing part 2 of our Caversham Wildlife Park adventure.
