Prior to this trip, we had planned for two "must-try" dishes in Chongqing. One was Chongqing Hot Pot (重庆火锅) and the other being Chongqing Grilled Fish (重庆烤鱼). We had tried the Hot Pot on our second day of the trip. And now for our last meal of the trip, we must try the Grilled Fish.
Chongqing Grilled Fish is a legendary Sichuan-Chongqing culinary masterpiece that combines a crispy texture with a deeply aromatic, mouth-numbing, and fiery broth. It did not disappoint.
