11 Dec 2019 - Adventure to the City of Gold and Persian Gulf Cruise (11 days Dubai / Muscat / Doha / Abu Dhabi Itinerary)

Our year end adventure starts today and we will be flying to the City of Gold, Dubai.  From there we will take a cruise around the Gulf visiting several Middle Eastern cities such as Muscat, Doha and Abu Dhabi.  This is the first time we are taking an afternoon flight.  We arrived at Changi Airport Terminal 3 at about 1pm.  After checking in our luggage, we took some photos with the characters from the movie "Frozen II".

As our flight will only depart about 1.5 hours later, we decided to have our lunch at LeNu restaurant in the transit area.

After lunch, our spirits were high as we walked towards the boarding gate.

Our flight (SQ494) departed at 3:05pm and the flight time is about 7.5 hours.  We will arrive at Dubai at about 7pm local time.

Soon after take off, we were served with the on-board meal.

And before touching down at Dubai airport, we were served with some light refreshment.

Day 1: Check in to Roda Al Murooj Apartment, Dubai Mall, The Dubai Fountain and LED Show

Day 4: Dubai Mall and Dubai Frame, Costa Diadema and our Cabin, Dinner and Welcome Show
Day 5: Explore the ship, Dinner and Opera Singing
Day 6: Arrival at Muscat, Oman, Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, Mutrah Souq and Mutrah Corniche, Bait Al Zubair Museum and Al Alam Palace, Relaxing afternoon on board
Day 7: Peppa Pig Show and Voice of the Sea Competition, CostaClub Show, Gala Dinner and Acrobatic Night Show
Day 8: Qatar National Day Airshow, The Torch Doha, Khalifa Stadium and Villaggio Mall, Doha City Tour (Massive Jam), Katara Cultural Village, City Skyline, Dinner and Xmas Show
Day 9: Arrival at Abu Dhabi and morning Cabaret Show, City Center (WTC Mall), Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Grand Mosque by Night
Day 10: World Trade Center Abu Dhabi (WTCAD) Mall, Last look of the ship, dinner and musical show
