12 Dec 2019 - Dubai Day 2: Bollywood Parks Dubai

From Motiongate Dubai, we walked for about 5 minutes and arrived at Bollywood Parks Dubai.

Bollywood Parks™ Dubai is the first park of its kind in the world. In five fascinating zones, you can experience different environments inspired by the greatest Bollywood blockbusters.

Once we entered the park, we saw a juggler doing all sorts of tricks.  With the music in the background, it's actually quite entertaining.

Along this Bollywood Boulevard, we were greeted by a vibrant display of cafés and live entertainment.

Bollywood Film Studios is the main theme park zone in Bollywood Parks.  Here we learned how to create a blockbuster like Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and met Bollywood superheroes, such as Krrish and RA.One.  Most of the rides here are state-of-the-art 3D or 4D simulators.

The most prominent building in Bollywood Parks is none other than the Royal Plaza.  Here we could experience visual splendour like never before at the Rajmahal Theatre, the home of the region’s first Broadway-style Bollywood musical.

We then strolled the streets of Mumbai Chowk with its famous food, shopping and party spirit.

As we arrived at Bollywood Parks very late, we did not have time to visit every attractions.  At least we managed to take those simulator rides at Bollywood Film Studios before we left the park.

It's past dinner time by then.  So we walked back to the Riverland area where we passed by Irish Village and French Village looking for something to eat.  At the end of the street, Jerlene and Javier saw the McDonalds sign and it's set.  Burgers, nuggets and fries for dinner.

After dinner, we took a Taxi back to UAE Exchange Metro station and took the train back to Dubai Mall.  It's about 9pm when we reached our apartment.
