The Mount Gambier Valley Lake is a hidden gem amongst the crater lakes in Mount Gambier. Unlike the magnificent Blue Lake, the Valley Lake stays less crowded. Therefore, it is a great spot for a picnic or a relaxing walk.
There is actually a walk up to Centenary Tower to get the most scenic and panoramic views of Mount Gambier and the coast. However, we were very tired by then and decided to skip the walk.
