We took a metro from Taipei Zoo station to Nanjing Fuxing station, where we changed to another metro line. At the station, there’s a “Metro Fresh” smart agriculture display area where vegetables were grown hydroponically using LED lighting and controlled environmental systems right inside the station.
This hydroponic setup showcased clean, pesticide-free leafy greens such as lettuce as part of a high-tech farming demonstration, blending sustainable farming with urban transit.
Ningxia Night Market (寧夏夜市) is one of Taipei’s most beloved food-focused night markets, known for its compact layout and strong emphasis on traditional Taiwanese snacks rather than shopping.Compared to other popular night markets, Ningxia Night Market is smaller but more focused, and easier to navigate.
