If there’s one place that captures the energy, flavor, and personality of Tainan after dark, it’s Tainan Garden Night Market. This is one of the largest and most famous night markets in southern Taiwan. Located in Tainan’s North District, the market operates on select days of the week. Typically, it opens on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
As we entered the night market, we had so much challenge just to squeeze through the crowd through the narrow lanes where food stalls were located. As such, we decided to go somewhere nearby to have our dinner.
Across the road from the night market, we came to the below food outlet where we had our dinner.
After dinner, we went to a nearby Starbucks for a drink.
We then returned to the night market, hopefully the crowd had lessened.
We managed to buy some local snacks and desserts before we returned to our hotel.
