Coral Reef Cliff (珊瑚礁岩壁) is a rugged stretch of coastline shaped by time and tide. It is striking not because it is grand, but because it is raw and honest. The cliff face revealed layers of ancient coral limestone, porous and weathered, its surface pitted with holes and grooves carved by centuries of wind and waves.
Standing here, the sea felt powerful and close. We then followed a coastal walking path towards the lighthouse. As we walked, the views constantly changed. To one side was the open sea and horizon. To the other, it was all green slopes and rocky outcrops, softened by vegetation.
The path gently rises, and with each step, the breeze grew stronger and the perspective wider. We stopped frequently not out of tiredness, but because the scenery kept asking for attention. There were benches and lookout points along the way that made it easy for us to rest, take photos, or simply sit and watch the waves below.Soon we arrived at a huge sign board that says "Welcome to Kaohsiung Port R.O.C".
